How do I enable multi-user account access?

To grant multiple users access to a single InstantData account, follow the below steps.

1. The new user must register on InstantData with the email address and password they would like to use as their login credentials: https://instantdata.atdata.com/users/sign_up
2. Contact your AtData Sales Representative, and provide the email address of the new user that you would like to have access to your InstantData account.
3. Now that the user is linked to your InstantData account, they have access to any files or API keys under your account.

Navigating Between InstantData Accounts

Sign into your InstantData account and navigate to the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your account dashboard.

Open the dropdown menu. You will see any additional accounts that you have access to here.

Select the account you would like to access, and you will be taken to that account’s dashboard. You can determine which account you are currently in by looking at the account name, listed in the top right corner of the dashboard.
