Email Activity Signals data helps you re-engage customers and prevent fraud.

AtData’s suite of Email Activity data shows you how your customers are behaving in the inbox, helping you win back customers or stop fraud.

Email Activity includes:

Open Data: Re-engage customers and boost open rates by targeting addresses that AtData has seen open email messages from other companies. We keep open activity for a year and can report either the month or day we last saw an email address open a message. We can even ping you in real-time when we see one of your subscribers active in their inbox.

Email Activity Signals: Identify fraud and mitigate risk by scoring emails based on key activity. Our metrics include:

• Velocity: A 0-10 score of how much activity we’ve seen from an email address in the last 6 months.
• Popularity: A 0-10 score of how many different companies we’ve seen the email address from in the past 12 months.
• Date First Seen: The day we first saw an email address. Given the billions of email addresses AtData sees each year, this is a good proxy for the age of an email.
