Citrix Systems wanted to bring its contact database up-to-date in order to proactively communicate with its customers via email and increase brand awareness.

Citrix used AtData’s B2B Email Appending service to obtain a permission-based list of business email addresses — not personal emails — for contacts spread out across North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.


AtData appended email addresses to 93% of Citrix appendable contacts, leading to over 850 new business leads and an estimated savings of more than $100,000 per year in direct mail costs.

Product, marketing and customer care teams were able to reach more existing clients, and email bounce rates were reduced to a low of 3% from a high of 35%.
