TowerData’s GDPR Compliance

Today, TowerData announces full GDPR compliance ahead of the May 25, 2018 effective date.

Since our inception, TowerData has been committed to the privacy and protection of our clients’ data, worldwide. In addition, since 2015 TowerData has been certified with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

In our role as a processor of EU data, we perform email validation services. In accordance with the protocols set by the GDPR:

• Our clients’ data is only used for the purposes requested,
• Data is stored securely,
• Processing is appropriately recorded, and
• Deletion of data is easily performed in your account or by contacting us.
